I State forum of Xn@s of Base for the Refoundation of the Left

After several months of gestation and presentations previous to ratification for Madrid, Seville, Bilbao and Barcelona, the light has just seen this call that it will take place in Madrid, on Saturday, the 24th of April, from 11 until 18 hours, in the vallecana parish Santo Tomás de Villanueva, to which it is already possible to register.

A refoundation that from his gestation he already foresees in his work plans, “the concision and making of the political proposals that will join to the New Political Program and the debate on the characteristics of the new political and social movement that will be born of the process participativo and plural of refoundation of the Left”.
Precisely, and for the same reasons of these desconfianzas that although they are more or less general, they are still evident more in the bosom of what we call the people of church of base, great and many people were saying to us that they were waited after there saw those who were beginning pushing the car to sign up to the project. It is essential that a change occurs in the productive model, in the work, the transport or the energy.
For the first time in the history the ground has said: Be enough!. We overcome in 30 % the biocapacity of the planet and it is necessary to restate our life system since, if already some time ago that it was clear that in a finite world, we could not to grow – and to consume in an infinite way, now the only option that we have left is to "decrease". And the more let's be late in doing it and in rectifying, the more we will mortgage the life of our future generations.
What how can we do it? It is the question of the million and symposiums and seminars will have to go tackling it. But although more specially we could treat these questions further on, they stay here, someone the alternatives that must to us join the “objectors of the growth”:
+ In the individual thing: To work less, to live more intensely, more conventional train and less BIRD, to support the alternatives echo - bio-justo, to reduce the ecological trace, to copy the knowledge of the nature and the ecosystems (biomímesis) or to claim the free time opposite to the obsessive work.
+ In the community thing, to favor the relocations, to encourage the cooperatives, to recover the exchange, or to promote the public transport.
+ And in the political thing: to change the excessive dependency on the fossil energies, to re-turn the armies, to reduce the industry armamentística (included NATO), the car one, the aeronautics or that of the brick, to eliminate the transvases politics, or to demand a legal frame, that not mere declarations as the last ones of Copenhagen, which should guarantee politics decrecentistas.

Along with several thousands of persons that we have just constituted a platform in Facebook, (“That the justicie operates against the Archbishop of Granada”), I think that to compare both things and to qualify the murder abortion is already a serious accusation, but I believe also, that the declarations of the Archbishop could be punishable, especially for this phrase of the page 2 of the above mentioned homily in which the archbishop affirms:

We are great that we believe that the above mentioned phrase is equivalent to incite to the violence against the women who have aborted. For it, simply like Spanish citizen I would like knowing if legally these declarations so serious that we would not tolerate to the representatives of other religions and/or political groups in our country, could be constitutive of crime, that's why that thing about the platform. WE HAVE 39.000 VOTES, BUT IN CLM THEY DO NOT GIVE US VOICE

I hope and in the next elections the citizenship us of his confidence and in IU let's be able to gain access to the regional parliament, since at present only in CLM there is a democratic deficit such that alone PP and Spanish socialist party have presence. At this point it can surprise nobody or surprise that from Izquierda Unida we support the claim necessary to modify the regional electoral law to make her more just and democratic. It is not a question of covering partisan targets or of acquitting proper weaknesses, it is a question of defending and of demanding that there should be fulfilled basic and top constitutional beginning of the Spanish juridical arranging and of the Great Letter. Although it could surprise other politicians, there are persons, groups, social organizations and political education that value the need to respect beginning and democratic values as the political pluralism, the freedom, the justice and the equality; what we are going to do!, we are like that. On the contrary, it is clear that some of them only think of supporting at all costs the armchair and the power over everything.
The truly strange and surprising thing is that in the region we keep on suffering, all the citizens and city dwellers, the consequences of supporting an electoral law that disables to translate in benches the votes that obtain the alternative political education to the Spanish socialist party and to the PP and, especially, of supporting a clear discrimination between the citizenship since a few votes have more value than others. While the PP and the Spanish socialist party in Castilla-La Mancha obtain a regional deputy for every 22.000, IU with almost 40.000 votes does not have any deputy. Where does stay the universal, free, direct, equal and secret suffrage? Where is the proportional electoral system that gathers like order the Constitution and the Statute of Autonomy?
Although I do not share the sense of the declarations of the expartner and now Vice-president of the regional Government, Mr. Valverde, is right in pointing out that it is a votes question, but it is that the votes are, we have them, they exist, the problem is the filter to which one submits them for will of those who today govern us. He is not an any politician and in spite of his forced declarations it knows well the problem of fund.
The democratic deficit that our Spanish Parliament suffers has no comparison in any other autonomic parliament of the country. Along with Extremadura we are the only two-party region as for the composition of the regional parliament, being the case of the Extremaduran purely circumstantial since with a million inhabitants less than Castilla-La Mancha 65 deputies are elected, that is to say, 18 more. In Aragon 67 are the deputies to be chosen, twenty more than 47 current ones here; there are 730.000 inhabitants less. The comparisons prove sangrantes, Aragon with less extension and less inhabitants it has 20 more regional deputies. This way we might continue with any other autonomous region. The one through that we live in Castilla-La Mancha is an unjust and slightly democratic situation only defensible and justifiable for few ones from the perspective of the maintenance or the access to the power over everything. But neither the power is a justification. In other regions it governs the Spanish socialist party or the PP, for many years with historical absolute majorities (Aragon, Extremadura, Andalusia...), and they have up to five political education, because they are provided with electoral, more proportional and less unjust laws, which channel better the plurality of thought of the society.
What this in game is the democratic quality of a region, the democratic health of Castilla-La Mancha and of a few Spanish Parliament that do not represent the existing political and social plurality.

DENS: A CLEAR EXAMPLE OF THAT PAY THE CRISIS L@S TRABAJADOR@S

The regional Coordinator of IU, Daniel Martínez, accompanied by the provincial Coordinator in Albacete, Luis Ángel Aguilar and councilmen of this political education in the municipality of La Mancha of Dens have supported a meeting with workpeople and representatives of the sector cutler that has been one of the economic props of this locality. A bus of Albacete will join the last urban stretch for the streets of Madrid
From IU and the CPS a last call has been realized to the inhabitants of Albacete and inhabitants of Albacete so that they inform and support the march against the corruption that is going to develop this weekend. Izquierda Unida (IU) thinks that approximately 200 persons will take part in the march against the corruption, which will go out tomorrow, on the 30th, of Seseña (Toledo) and foresees to come on Sunday, the 31st to the Congress of the Deputies, in Madrid. This way there aimed at it yesterday, in press conference, the secretary of Provincial Organization of IU of Toledo, Alejandro Ávila, who was accompanied by the secretary of the Communist Party of Spain in Castilla-La Mancha, Jorge Vega Martín, and the secretary of Organization of IU in Castilla-La Mancha, José Damián García.

And one is sure that, although we are anti nuclear, now it will be necessary to push with the consequences of what some and others sold to us like the energy of the future against which objection was not fitting. IU and CCOO PUSH BACK OF FORCEFUL FORM THE DELAY OF THE RETIREMENT AGE

Both parts shared the “urgent need to be employed at two directions: to support the public politics to reactivate the economic activity and to create employment, guaranteeing meanwhile the protection to the persons who are expelled from the labor market. On the other hand, to put the foundations of a solid industrial base and a new productive model”. They thought that all this must go “accompanied by a deep review of the financial system and a more just and equitable tax system”.
From IU Albacete they realize well that “the impact of the current crisis must not bear in any case to re-catch old neoliberal theories presented now from the pessimism to tackle the delicate debate of the sostenibilidad of the public system of pensions in our country”, said the provincial Coordinator, Luis Ángel Aguilar.

Aguilar insisted that “the alarms on the aging population are interested, on not having taken into consideration the growth of the economy foreseen in the future and the employment during the next decades. It is necessary to propose more than to scare and therefore to reinforce and to increase the capacity of the public system of pensions in our country thinking about the future and acting in the present”
“ The delay of the retirement age is enormously regressive at social level, so the health of the elders and his mortality depends on his social class. The persons with major revenues live 10 years more than those of minor purchasing power. The EU wants that one stops constructing Inga's hydroelectric power station (which production is estimated in 40.000MW, more of the double that the prey of Three Gullets of China) that might give electricity for many countries of Africa and for Europe...
And also it is an enormous country (like Western Europe) and placed in the center of Sub-Saharan Africa, with what who controls the Congo not only would control the country richest in resources of Africa but it would control the center of the continent: The step to control the stripe of the south of Sudan up to South Africa, the area where the biggest mining wealths concentrate.
That's why, ultimately the conflicts in the Great Lakes come all frames for this project of conquest of fund.

The government of Rwanda has summoned presidential elections for the next August. Anyway, that is evident that our fellow citizen Manuel Pérez Castell, president and founder of the above mentioned Foundation, wants of “to go out in the photo”, in any photo: now making use that was celebrating here II Convention on Climate change; but also when he and his friends us brought the TLP of the NATO to Albacete (that it baptized like “pilots' school”, those that bombard Afghanistan killing civilly and later his Superiors try to conceal from the public opinion, what produces some resignation); or when it gave the congratulation to the installation of the factory of the "Tiger" in our city (in spite of the town-planning blow with a ball that this supposed and of Eurocopter is denounced in an international report of 2006 for selling technology of double use to countries that do not respect the Human rights); or when in the summers he was sending the municipal agents to evict immigrants' camps without offering them alternatives, there being even babies between these persons (skylight: these foreigners neither were pilots nor were paying 1500 euros of monthly rent for a house, as we know that it does here some of them); or when it was insulting in the Press a well-known local activist and was calling her a person “not wire brush for the city”, occupying his lynching all the fronts and then queriendo to be present at his funeral honors (I make sure him that I am a direct witness of it, Pérez); or when, to win voters, it was considering to be to Albacete "the City of the Peace"... something that, obviously, only mister Pérez believes and those who spend for the arch of the victory the referendum to themselves on the NATO that was done in Spain somewhere near 1986, in which the people voted for the most part, between other things, for not incorporation of Spain for the integrated military structure of the above mentioned armed organization.

Not at all, man, does not suffer: this him happens to citizens pacific and applauded in "his" City of the Peace. Meanwhile others dance to the sun that more it warms.

IU criticizes the damages that there suffer the users of the collective public transport for bus

I think that to delay the retirement age means to touch very negatively the rights of the workpeople. I already do not believe that the class trade unions have excuses to keep on supporting the opposite. That's why, I celebrate that so much the trade union to which I belong (CCOO), like the party to which I represent (IU), they are summoning a campaign of mobilizations, like that of tomorrow in Albacete, (although I believe that it should be more ambitious or the beginning of a HG) because the hard-working class of this country has to go out to the street and say: Be enough!.
It is necessary to unmask this neoliberal economic policy of a government, which Socialist says to himself but which every day, it is more conservative. I believe that it is necessary to invest this situation, yes, but attacking a deep review of the financial system and a more just and equitable tax system so that once and for all it makes be paid more to the one who more has, - if it is not for solidarity, that it is for obligation - and not as it is done till now.
A real left has to be reconstructed in this country, - and not what we have in the actuality - or the hard-working class, will keep on increasing this legion of impoverished that already overcomes 4 millions of stopped. That pijo to lower wages and pensions!.
How long will we keep on supporting a Spanish socialist party that, trendies promise for the people, and he benefits the powerful ones?: Does think anybody that a PP, or that one gone out escapist of the UPyD, they are going to improve the situation of and the workers of this country?: Is anybody going to have the hard face of keeping on asking for the “useful vote” out of fear that the PP should come, when it is the same economic right the one that is in the government?. Since that, let's go thinking it and acting, or we will be co-responsible - for omission - for all these nonsenses.

IU PRESENTS 100 PROPOSALS WHILE PP AND SPANISH SOCIALIST PARTY CONTINUE TO HIS
