Izquierda Unida of Albacete supports the declaration against the clipping of the pensions that the Central government has proposed and has called to all his militancy and to the set of the citizens of Albacete to go out massively to the street to brake this attempt of aggression on the part of the Shoemaker's government towards the workpeople and workers.
Declaration that will begin at 20 a.m. from the Square of the Hillock and in which IU will head his courtship and delegation with the motto let's Stop the Pensionazo. The pension is a right. A delegation that will be headed by the regional Coordinator of IU, Daniel Martínez, and by members of the provincial direction and public positions of this political education.
“The aggression against the interests of the workpeople that supposes the measurement of raising the retirement age to 67 years, joined to the "error" of the Government of increasing the calculation period for the calculation of the pension from 15 to 25 years, allows to see to the egg whites what interests are defended by the government of Spain, which they are not precisely those of the workpeople, especially when those who have applauded this measurement are the representatives of the CEOE and of the Banking which business of private pensions would turn out to be much favored with this measurement”, affirmed Luis Angel Aguilar, provincial Coordinator of IU.

“With this proposal, - added Aguilar - the Government of the Spanish socialist party consolidates his draft to the right and assumes the neoliberal maxim according to which to go out of the crisis the hard-working class must lose part of his rights, at the time that he proposes a reduction of managerial quotations, with it it supports the logic of which the benefits are for a managerial minority and the sacrifices relapse into the hard-working social majority”.
“For IU this measurement is, unnecessary and disproportionate, it does not fit to the accounts of the public system of pensions that enjoy good health, throwing an important surplus and the only thing that it obtains is to alarm and to discredit the public system, yielding before the banks and the financial power, principal beneficiaries of the system deprived of pensions and principal culprits of the crisis”, insisted the provincial IU leader.
“While the government punishes the pensions of the lowest revenues and hardens the access requisites, on the other hand, he keeps on financing the pension plans deprived of the highest revenues. Not in vain, the proper proposal of the government opens for the deprived market the pensions system reinforcing the role of the complementary social forecast”, mentioned Luis Angel Aguilar, who also pointed that “the privatization of the pensions and of the social protection does not stop being one of the aspirations of the management one and of the neoliberal speech, with the target to come closer a dual model, based on a weak public Social security and of character merely welfare, and a complementary social protection of private initiative”.
