In Rwanda very serious things are happening, and in the Congo, more.

The biggest number of dead persons after the Second World War - between 7 and 9 millions - and the conflict keeps on being a stranger. To whom is it interesting to conceal it?
Before the next presidential elections in Rwanda, too many aberrations are happening and nevertheless the European press does not report by no means (after there sees the one who knows something of what here we count, unless it should receive the news of UMOYA, or associate of the committees of the Black Africa) since there are for way – as it has happening for time - too much economic interests.
But let's remember first that it happens in The big lakes in general, where there is already a stela of million dead persons (and not of famine precisely).
The Democratic Republic of the Congo (RDC) possesses a few reservations of impressive strategic minerals: almost the world monopoly of the coltán (essential for the technology top that allows to make mobiles, portable computers, armament of last generation, spaceships, etc), 50 % of the cobalt of the planet, the reservations of gold and more important diamonds of the world; the second or third ones of copper and the only geologic belt with big variety of "rare" minerals and in very important quantities... Also it has oil and natural gas without exploiting. The river Congo possesses from 40 % to 50 % of everything the fresh water of Africa (a river that has in a great part of the same one a width of more than 10 Km). The EU wants that one stops constructing Inga's hydroelectric power station (which production is estimated in 40.000MW, more of the double that the prey of Three Gullets of China) that might give electricity for many countries of Africa and for Europe...
And also it is an enormous country (like Western Europe) and placed in the center of Sub-Saharan Africa, with what who controls the Congo not only would control the country richest in resources of Africa but it would control the center of the continent: The step to control the stripe of the south of Sudan up to South Africa, the area where the biggest mining wealths concentrate.
That's why, ultimately the conflicts in the Great Lakes come all frames for this project of conquest of fund.

Clinton's Government already started an alliance between USA, UK and a Rwandan armed group called Rwandan Patriotic Front (FPR) whose target was to take the control of this area: the region of the Big ones
Lagos. For it it gave military, political, strategic assistance and
mediática to this FPR.
As a result of carrying out this plan the FPR has promoted
conflicts and wars in the region that they have caused between 7 and 9 millions
of dead persons between the Congo and Rwanda. The support mediático has done that it weighs
to this overwhelming number - the biggest after the Second World War - be one
unknown conflict.
The number of massacres of civil population carried out by the FPR
it will be around hundreds or thousands. And they are silenced systematically or
denied at diplomatic level and mediático. Nine Spanish (cooperating and
missionaries) were witnesses of some of them and they denounced them.
FPR murdered them and this gave cause for several Spanish organizations to be presented
a criminal complaint in the Spanish National Hearing accusing of
crimes against the humanity and genocide to the military dome of the FPR, which is the party that has the power at present in Rwanda.
Since we are already knowing by intuition, the fund matter is political: there is a violence cycle without end in the Great Lakes that it has in his credit, million dead persons, and now there is the possibility that a new blood hurricane explodes in the next months, for these elections that so much are played, and all this coincides with the Presidency of the EU with hands of Mr. Shoemaker, who will have to take very delicate and difficult decisions since they will reverberate straight on the life of thousands of persons
LET'S DEMAND A FEW ELECTIONS LÍMPIAS IN RWANDA
AND THAT RESPECT THE HUMAN RIGHTS

The government of Rwanda has summoned presidential elections for the next August. And for the first time in many years, there are the honest people who wants to present an alternative that it reconciles definitely to hutus and tutsis and is sick to the area to a pacific and sustainable coexistence. The leaders of this called opposing party “Democratic Forces Unified” (FDU), which have returned to Rwanda after years in the exile to meet legally to the elections, have already been victims of an attempt of lynching in a building of the Government and have stolen from them the documents that would allow them to realize the legal inscription of the party in Rwanda. One of his members has been detained by unjust accusations and his relatives condemned for nonexistent crimes in judgments without guarantees. Let's see two examples:
Joseph Ntawangundi, member of the board of the FDU, has been an arrested under the false accusation of having taken part in the genocide of 1994 (the falsity of this accusation is well-known because Ntawangundi was not in the country in this date).
Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza, leader of the party and presidential candidate for the same one, has been a victim of an attempt of physical aggression and of the theft of his documents.
Victoire Ingabire, came three weeks ago to Rwanda to present before itself to the elections. In his speeches Mrs. Ingabire has insisted incessantly on his pacific and not violent position, on his desire of “beginning together a political struggle against all form of injustice to restore a real democracy based at the freedom of all” and “to construct the future of a country reconciled where our children live happy, in peace and in the mutual respect”.
The Rwandan mass media and the proper president Paul Kagame have announced that they will use the force of the institutions to prevent from being able to inscribe his party and present before itself to the elections, and accuse her of encouraging the ethnic hate. For the latter accusation, it might be imprisoned. His mother has been condemned in an irregular court to 30 years of jail, without base or legal guarantee.
It is for all this situation that from here we want to join the request that the Federation of Committees of Solidarity with Black Africa (Umoya), it does the Spanish Government so that - during his shift Presidency in the European Union - it demands from the Rwandan government guarantees of cleanliness and equity in the next elections in Rwanda.
The same way we support – and call to help the demand of the above mentioned Federation of Committees of Solidarity with Black Africa to the European Union, - which has shown his intention of not sending observers to these Rwandan August elections - so that it changes his decision and this way to be able to have guarantees of which the electoral campaign is going to develop with transparence and at large.

Dear Presidente:
Before the news about the harassment that the opposition candidates suffer for the next elections in Rwanda, I ask him that, like President of shift of the European Union, it should demand from the Government of Rwanda a few clean elections, and to guarantee the safety, the human rights and the legal inscription of the candidates of opposition.
I ask him also, before the clear risk of electoral fraud, the European Union to send observers to guarantee the cleanliness of the process.
