Valued brother:
With the due respect like citizen, and in key of the evangelical "fraternal correction", like believer in the same Jesus de Nazareth that you (or I think that), I direct to the maximum authority eclesial as regards a few declarations spilled by D. Javier Martínez, Archbishop of Granada in his homily of Sunday, the 20th of December 2009 in the Holy Church Cathedral of Granada for myself, in that Nazi compares the abortion with the genocide.
The textual appointments, which it her already will know say this way: "Few sadder images in the history that the one that our parliamentarians have offered applauding what finally has turned into a right: to kill children in the bosom of the mother. And do they call it to that a progress? There is promulgated a law that puts thousands of professionals (doctors, nurses, …) - especially, them - in situations very similar to those that the doctors or the soldiers had to confront under the diet of Hitler or of Stalin, or in any of the dictatorships that existed in the XXth century and that really established the legality of other crimes, less disgusting than that of the abortion.” (pdf, pag 2)
“ She is the humanity the one that steps back with this silent genocide to which we are invited and that now is promoted, genocide that is imposed on certain professionals as if it was an obligation – I repeat: the same type of obligation as those who had the officials in the concentration camps of Auschwitz and Buchenwald in which they could not rebel because there were top orders-.” (pdf, pag 3).
The complete text of the above mentioned homily can be unloaded in pdf from this page of the diocese of Granada: http://diocesisgranada.files.wordpress.com/2009/12/homiliacatedral20diciembre20092.pdf
Along with several thousands of persons that we have just constituted a platform in Facebook, (“That the justicie operates against the Archbishop of Granada”), I think that to compare both things and to qualify the murder abortion is already a serious accusation, but I believe also, that the declarations of the Archbishop could be punishable, especially for this phrase of the page 2 of the above mentioned homily in which the archbishop affirms:
“ But to kill a defenseless child: and that her own mother does it! That gives to the males the absolute license, without limits, of abusing the body of the woman ”.
We are great that we believe that the above mentioned phrase is equivalent to incite to the violence against the women who have aborted. For it, simply like Spanish citizen I would like knowing if legally these declarations so serious that we would not tolerate to the representatives of other religions and/or political groups in our country, could be constitutive of crime, that's why that thing about the platform. And like believing member of the Christian communities popular (CCP) of the Spanish state, I invite him to to threaten to his brother in the bishopric to rectify similar atrocity and I calmed this majority of Bishops of the conference at that you preside because the times of the national Catholicism they happened already and fortunately they will not return not although they were going so far as to live through any more years than Matusalén.
Being grateful in advance for his attention he says goodbye fraternally,
Luis Ángel Aguilar Montero,
member of CCP and provincial coordinator of IU
